She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey. She believes that meaningful growth happens within a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration.

Her approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She recognizes that every person’s experiences and strengths are different, and she places great importance on personalized treatment that honors each client’s values, identity, and right to self-determination.

She specializes in working with concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life stressors. Whether clients are seeking support during a difficult season, processing past experiences, or working toward personal growth, her goal is to help them build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.

She is dedicated to helping clients recognize their strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling to them.
