Sees Children Ages 2-12

Brittney Olsen is our Clinical Director and a dedicated Registered Play Therapist. She is deeply passionate about helping children navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, believing that early intervention can lead to lasting, positive outcomes. “When you start supporting kids emotionally and behaviorally at a young age,” she says, “you’re setting the stage for a healthier, more successful adolescence and adulthood.”
Brittney’s passion for therapy grew from her background in psychology and childcare. With a lifelong love of working with children, she found a meaningful way to combine her interest in psychology with her heart for helping kids.
She thrives in interactive therapy sessions, where children can express themselves through play — their natural “language.” “Play is how kids communicate. It’s how they make sense of the world,” she explains. She finds joy in exploring each child’s unique mind — “like a little filing cabinet” — and helping them make sense of their thoughts and experiences.
For Brittney, the most rewarding part of her work is watching children heal and grow. “It’s amazing to see kids come in burdened by trauma, and over time, see them transition from victim to survivor. They’re incredibly resilient — they just need someone to walk with them on their journey.”

Through years of clinical work and psychological testing, she has developed a deep understanding of how to meet the unique needs of each child and family she serves.
Rachelle integrates play therapy and sand tray techniques into her sessions, allowing children to communicate and process their experiences in ways that feel natural and safe. She works with children of all ages, believing that even the youngest can face — and overcome — significant struggles with the right support.
She is also passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for all identities. Megan Sessions approaches therapy as a collaborative process, centered on creating a space that feels safe, accepting, and free of judgment. Her goal is to help clients explore their stories and gently uncover the beliefs and defense patterns that influence their thoughts and emotions. Through this process, she supports clients in finding meaning, building self-awareness, and moving toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Megan’s therapeutic style blends existential and humanistic principles with a strong foundation in narrative therapy. She believes we are all doing our best to navigate life — often guided by stories we’ve internalized that no longer serve us. By unpacking these patterns, she helps clients reconnect with their true selves and reduce emotional suffering.
Her recent work at the Utah State Prison gave her valuable experience supporting individuals through deep trauma and loss, strengthening her ability to hold space with compassion and clarity.
Above all, Megan strives to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, trust, and respect. She believes in each person’s capacity for growth and healing and looks forward to walking alongside her clients on that journey.
