Megan Brown works with children, teens, and young adults, supporting them with a collaborative and communicative approach. With over two years of experience helping teenagers navigate challenges, she understands that therapy isn't just about solving problems but it’s about growing through them. Megan strongly believes that "empathy and encouragement can transform a child. A child needs courage, and a child needs to feel understood." This belief is at the heart of her work, as she strives to offer a safe, supportive space where young people can thrive.

Megan blends creativity with gentle structure, providing a balanced environment where clients can explore their feelings while also developing practical coping tools and problem-solving skills for everyday life. "Play therapy provides a way for children to express their experiences and feelings in a natural, self-guided, self-healing process". Her approach is collaborative and relational, focused on helping young people develop their sense of self, build resilience, and gain the confidence to live authentically.

Her passion for therapy grew from firsthand experiences, where she saw the transformative power of understanding and support in the healing process. Megan is committed to walking alongside her clients on their journeys, offering both encouragement and the tools they need to navigate life with confidence.

She truly believes that every child, teen, and young adult deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. With the right support we can all overcome obstacles and shape a life to be proud of.
